Digital Photography
Hotel Bandolero welcomes Len Bage to the Genal Valley for a Digital Photography Instruction Holiday with many date options available throughout the year. Please contact us (as described below) in order to arrange your digital photography instruction holiday.

About Len Bage:- Len first got the taste for photography in the ‘70’s, when he was a very young man, and worked with Spencer Oliver, one of the most well known motor sports photographers of his day and a staff ‘snapper’ for the Evening Chronicle in Newcastle upon Tyne. Len helped Spencer every Monday evening at Brough Park speedway, the home of Newcastle Diamonds team, loading film for him and carrying his equipment around the track!

Some years later, with a camera of his own by this time, Len was an active member of Hexham Photographic Society in Northumberland, winning numerous competitions and doing commercial photography assignments for advertising purposes in the outdoor industry in which he worked. His images were featured in various campaigns including the UK launch of the major German brand, vauDe, for whom he photographed Jerry Moffatt, world champion free climber in his day, whilst hanging from a precarious rock face in the Peak District!
Today, Len is an accomplished photographer, recently invited to become a Senior Member of the Yard Collective (street photography club), and a regular contributor to Deviant Art, a worldwide photographic arts forum. His work is also featured by The Artiscape, an arts facility in Dublin and Artstudioe on the web.
LAB-Digital was formed by Len as a vehicle for his work, much of which is now featured in galleries and craft/art outlets in the UK. A recent successful exhibition, held locally here in Spain, was very well received. To view some of Lens images, visit Lab-Digital.com. You can read about some of his recent achievements on his website, in the “News” section.
About the course:- All classes focus on how to take digital photographs and understanding your camera and its functions. Unlock the mysteries of composition, exposure, white balance, ISO, aperture and focal length. Shooting locations include Juzcar, other white villages of the Genal Valley, the white village of Ronda and the surrounding Serrania de Ronda. This workshop is offered without fixed dates in order to be flexible to the booking group; whether you require 3, 5 or 7 days, we can create a holiday to suite your requirements.
Non-photgrapher partners welcome at a reduced rate.
