Bandolero Cakes offers a range of speciality cakes for birthdays, communions, confirmations, weddings, anniversaries, and any other occasion where you would like to celebrate with a made-to-order cake. Available in La Serranía de Ronda (Málaga) area only.

Bandolero Cakes and Catering provides catering services for lunches, dinners, home celebrations, office parties and other events as well as catered events in its home facility, Hotel Bandolero, Juzcar; specialty cakes are also available for hotel guests.

Chef Iván Sastre Pascual trained in both savory and pastry cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu, London. He has worked at some of London’s finest restaurants including a Terence Conran property in north London.

Chef Iván has a range of cakes that are available for special order. The product list of cakes includes various flavours of cakes as well as specialised form cakes such as “sex cakes” for stag parties. Please see the product list of cakes and other sweets that are available either in standard size or made to your unique specifications. Chef Iván has a particular talent for decorations to make your event extra special working in chocolate and sugar. Such decorations include chocolate or marzipan figures, sugar flowers or fruit, and sugar paste decorations. Please see the photos of some of the cakes and other works Chef Iván has prepared.
